Our take
I found this vintage Gemco chopper at a thrift store and it works surprisingly well. The glass bowl is heavy and feels solid, and the stainless steel blade makes quick work of onions and herbs. The push mechanism is simple but effective. Being dishwasher safe is convenient, though hand washing is recommended to preserve the blade. The clear glass lets you see the chop size. My only concern is the blade isn't as sharp as modern ones, but for light use, it's a charm.
